Orders & Pricing

  • Orders are confirmed after successful payment authorization.
  • Prices, taxes, and fees are shown at checkout; promotions may change.
  • We may cancel or refund orders for stock, payment, or verification issues.

Payments (PhonePe)

  • Online payments are processed securely by PhonePe; we do not store full card/UPI credentials.
  • If payment is debited but order is not confirmed, contact support with transaction ID.
  • Chargebacks or disputes should first be raised with our support team for fastest resolution.

Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy timelines and eligibility rules.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

Liability & Compliance

  • We provide services on an “as-is” basis to the extent permitted by law.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • Data is handled per our Privacy Policy; PCI obligations are managed by the gateway.
