Payment & Billing
Payment Terms
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
Pricing & Changes
We may update our pricing from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the opportunity to review and accept new terms or terminate services.
Intellectual Property
Our IP
Kwike retains ownership of all intellectual property developed independently, including:
- Our proprietary software and tools
- Methodologies and processes
- Documentation and training materials
- Brand assets and trademarks
Your IP
You retain ownership of your existing intellectual property. Custom work created specifically for your project will be transferred to you upon full payment, subject to our right to use general knowledge and skills gained.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kwike's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate services with written notice. Any outstanding payments remain due, and we will complete work in progress as agreed.
Termination by Us
We may terminate services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or other material violations. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious breach.
