Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy refers to everything we prepare as par for our customers to cancel their order within a given period of time in order to make the process as simple as possible for our Customers.

Kwike serves in the Hyper-local Industry within the spectrum of promising Same-Day Delivery to our Customers & thus time is of the utmost essence for us & thus we have slightly different order cancellation Policy then the general market.

 

Please refer the pointers below in order for you to cancel your order.

  1. Ordered between 10 AM - 5 PM through Online Payment method: - In this case you have to call to our Phone Helpline No. +91-9726703094 within 30 Minutes of placing the order for us to cancel your shipping & distribution. Once we confirms that the amount is credited in our bank for the cancelled order, then we will process the refund immediately & it should reflect on the same bank details from which you made payment through within 24 Banking Hours.

  2. Ordered before 10 AM or after 5 PM through Online Payment method: - In this case you can file a Cancel request on the link given here & below. Our team will process the request after confirming to you on cancelling the order & will stop the shipment. Once we confirms that the amount is credited in our bank for the cancelled order, we will process the refund on the same bank details from which you made payment through & process it within 48 Banking Hours.

  3. Ordered between 10 AM - 5 PM through Pay on Delivery Method:- In this case you have to call to our Phone Helpline No. +911234567890 within 30 Minutes of placing the order for us to cancel your shipping & distribution.

  4. Ordered before 10 AM or after 5 PM through Pay on Delivery Method:- In this case you can file a Cancel request on the link given here & below. Our team will process the request after confirming to you on cancelling the order & will stop the shipment.

Product Return Policy

Hereby we are reflecting our Product Returns Policy for the products bought from Kwike & Product returns is a non-negotiable for us in order for our customers to shop the way they want without thinking for the quality of the product or the shipment. We assure that you will never have to return the product back to us, but in-case if the product or the shipment dissatisfies you then we will do our best to return & refund your product's worth.

Considering our line of Products, Returns can be filed for two distinct cases. ​

  •  Manufacturing Defect - Manufacturing Defect or Factory Defect in literal translation means that the product you received had defects before you used them & thus carried no utility value. For these type of Defects, you can fill the form below & file a return request within 24 Hours of receiving the order. (Eg. Torn out Book, Unbinded Book, No ink in the Pen etc.)

  • Delivery Damage - Delivery Damage means that the product you received was not in a receptive condition, (Eg. The Seal of the Package is Broken, The Package is torn out etc.) Product Safety is of utmost concern to us & you can file a return for us within 24 Hours of receiving the order by clicking below & it shall be processed. For further assistance our team will be in your touch.

  • Refunds on Product Returns. - The Refunds for all the Product Returns will be processed by Online Transfer within 24 Banking Hours of processing the request. You can fill your Bank Details (WE NEVER ASK FOR PINS OR CODES) or your UPI ID for us to process the transfer.
